Research interests
- Interested in acoustic propagation, wall-pressure measurements, noise of rotating machinery, etc.
- Involved in the development of digital MEMS measurements and calibration.
- Participates in both research and industrial projects.
A few recent projects:
ECL-B3 (PHARE-2) test-rig
- UHBR 1:3 modular fan rig installed in an anechoic room for research activities.
- Around 200 flush-mounted microphones for 3D directivity measurements and modal analysis.
- Used in the framework of several european projects (InnoSTAT, SALUTE, etc.).

- Cleansky research project.
- Innovations in processing techniques for acoustic imaging beneath flows.
- Collaboration with Airbus, LVA and Micro dB.
- Experimental test campaign in a wind tunnel ; extraction of acoustic signals with in-flow microphone arrays.
European project CANOBLE (2016 - 2019)
- Cleansky research project.
- Wall-pressure measurements on a full-scale business jet.
- Collaboration with Dassault Aviation, Vibratec and GIE S2A.
- Instrumentation of a full-scale business mock-up : thin (2.5 mm) MEMS microphones arrays (128 microphones), hot wires, hot films, static pressure tubes.
- Extraction of pressure and velocity spectra, and of wavenumber spectra.
ADOPSYS industrial chair (2015 - 2019)
- Industrial chair funded by the ANR and Safran Aircraft Engines.
- Development of digital MEMS microphone arrays in the context of turbomachinery.
- Integration of MEMS microphones on a PCB, inside an engine inlet.
- Development of an FPGA software platform to acquire up to 128 digital signals.
- Application to the modal analysis of a ducted fan.
